Alexey Khitrov
Founder and President
ID R&D’s CEO and co-founder, Alexey Khitrov, has extensive first-hand C-level leadership experience with biometric companies, including one of the largest biometric firms in Europe. In the role, he successfully established a US subsidiary, pioneered new products and deployed award-winning solutions with prominent government and Fortune 500 financial institutions.
Konstantin Simonchik
Chief Scientific Officer
Konstantin Simonchik is ID R&D’s Chief Science Officer and co-founder. He brings a wealth of experience not only as the former science head of a large biometric firm in Europe but also as a professor of Speech Information Systems at a leading research university. He has authored more than 30 scientific papers devoted to speaker recognition and anti-spoofing, holds multiple patents, and has received numerous recognitions and awards from organizations including IEEE, ASVspoof, and NIST.
Ilya Ozerets
Chief Product Officer
Ilya Ozerets brings a unique combination of Digital Identity, Biometrics, Authentication, and Artificial Intelligence expertise to his role as Chief Product Officer at ID R&D. He has lead dozens of innovative initiatives at Fortune 500 companies and has over 15 years of experience building SaaS and Technology products in both startup and large software companies.
John Amein
SVP Sales
As SVP of Sales, John Amein is responsible for leading sales and driving global growth at ID R&D. He brings more than 20 years of voice and speech technology expertise with a demonstrated track record in innovation and global team leadership. John has held executive positions at Dialogic Corp, Intel Corp, Aspect Software, and Voxeo Corporation, as well as served as CEO of NetByTel. Amein also founded VoiceReady LLC, a provider of speech recognition solutions which was acquired by Voxeo.
Peter Martis
VP Growth
Peter Martis’ responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of activities, all aimed at leveraging the company’s core DNA to expand sales across new geographical and vertical markets. Prior to joining ID R&D, Peter was responsible for the global sales and product strategy at Innovatrics. Under his leadership, Innovatrics expanded its presence in major regions through local hires and establishment of new offices. Peter was also instrumental in deploying 12 large-scale voice biometrics projects across the Central Europe during his time at Nuance. He has also held executive positions at Genesys and Siemens, focusing on sales engineering and business development in voice biometrics and contact center solution domains.
Steve Cook
Head of Global Business Development
Steve Cook is head of global business development for ID R&D. With over eight years experience in the biometrics industry, he has advised a number of financial institutions and ecommerce providers regarding their biometric deployment strategies. Steve is a frequent industry speaker and is ranked 24th on the Refintiv’s global social media influencers, and he owns the Biometrics for eCommerce LinkedIn community news group which has 28,000 members.
